You can mix Karaoke with a board game activities in KBox Café. In here, we are next to our sister Marche Board Games Café, the best place for board games in Melbourne. It can either be a play in the café located just outside the karaoke rooms, then head to the karaoke private room to sing together. Or you can also have all the fun inside the private room with karaoke and board games ongoing at the same time. Though, note, both fees for KBOX and Marche will apply. KBOX kids party takes place in one of our private karaoke rooms and offers youngsters the chance to spend two hours singing, shouting and letting it all out in their own soundproof room.

Available on all days at KBox City Cafe, a KBox kids party takes place in one of our private karaoke rooms and offers youngsters the chance to spend two hours singing, shouting and letting it all out in their own soundproof room.
And, as an added bonus, our kids parties give beleaguered parents a couple of hours of peace and quiet in our cafe area, with non-alcoholic drinks like coffee and bubble tea available for purchase. Alternatively, cool mums and dads are more than welcome to grab a mic and join in the fun!

Q. IS COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIRED FOR ENTRY
As of Friday 22nd April 2022, Patrons are NOT required to have two doses or show their vaccination status before entering our venues.
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVATE ROOM CAPACITIES ?
We have rooms to accomodate from 2 - 25 party people.
Q. IS MINOR ALLOWED ENTRY INTO KBOX ?
KBOX BAR CITY is a 18+ venue as we have a bar inside.
Minor - Under 18 people have to be in the company of their parent or court appointed legal guardian at all times.
We do have a venue that is catered for all age in KBOX CAFE CITY. No alcohol is served in this venue, but there is bubble tea and a more family friendly environment. You can know more about this venue here.
Q. CAN I BRING MY OWN CAKE?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own cake. However, we can’t allow sparkling candles due to health and safety reasons.
Q. IS THERE A BAR?
You bet there is! Both the KBOX venue on La Trobe Street and Forest boasts a very unique cocktail bar, and you are very much encouraged to pop in before/after your sing for a couple of drinks. And if you don’t fancy karaoke, you’re still welcome to pop down for some world class cocktails and soak in the party vibe.

Q. WHY CAN’T I FIND THE SONG THAT I AM LOOKING FOR?
KBox Karaoke has a large music database over 300,000 songs, but unfortunately, not all songs are available for Karaoke. If you find your favourite songs are not available at KBox, do let us know and we will try our best to get them for you while your next visit.
Q. DO THE KARAOKE RECORDINGS HAVE GUIDED VOCAL SINGER?
Yes, some karaoke songs have guided vocal available too if you have forgotten the melody of the song.
Q. THE PITCH OF THE SONG IS TOO HIGH FOR ME, CAN I LOWER THE KEY MANUALLY?
Yes, you can freely adjust the key to suit your voice as long as you like.
Q. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN KBOX KARAOKE AND ORDINARY KARAOKE BARS OR LOUNGE?
Unlike Karaoke Bars or Lounges where you must “share” the Karaoke system with all other people, sometimes it may take longer queue for only one song, KBox is the studio style where you hire a private room and sing with your friends in the room without sharing with anyone else. All the happy time is reserved entirely for you and your friends only.
Q. CAN WE EXTEND THE TIME WHEN OUR ROOM IS FINISHED?
Yes, if no customers book your rooms after you.
Q. IS IT B.Y.O. (BRING YOUR OWN ALOCHOL) AT KBOX?
Sorry! No, but we are licensed to sell alcohol.
Q. HOW MUCH IS THE ROOM CHARGE?

Q. CAN I CANCEL THE BOOKING THAT I MADE?
Yes, please let us know either by Phone or Email 24 hours prior to the date of your booking date.

We are open everyday, public holidays (and eve) in our KBOX Bar - La Trobe Street and Wednesday - Sunday, public holidays (ande eve) in Forest Hill. And for KBOX Café, we are open 7 days a week.
